Start listening on your iPhone
Pick your book and voice as usual, and hit play before or after connecting to the car: either works.
Connect your iPhone to CarPlay
By cable or wirelessly, depending on what your car supports.
Control the book from the car's screen
Audia shows up among your CarPlay apps with the same playback controls as on iPhone: play, pause, skip forward or back.
